What: All proceeds from the 24 event will go to two very deserving charities: Friends of the Trees, and The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.
When: The event starts at 9am Saturday morning on October 6th, and ends at 9am, Sunday morning on October 7th. As for appointments, drop ins are welcome, or you may schedule online in advance at Urban Waxx.com.

Also, food and drink will be provided by (among others) Bridgeport Brewery and VooDoo Doughnuts, so yay!! The charities that are being donated to are both something I feel are very important, so I hope you'll come by and join me!!

I'll be there myself by and say hi, or get a service done!! (I know I'll be taking advantage of that!!)

-Charity Information-

Friends of Trees: Friends of Trees' mission is to bring people in the Portland-Vancouver and Eugene-Springfield metro areas together to plant and care for city trees and green spaces.

Sisters of the perpetual Indulgence: A leading-edge Order of queer nuns. Since their first appearance in San Francisco on Easter Sunday, 1979, the Sisters have devoted ourselves to community service, ministry and outreach to those on the edges, and to promoting human rights, respect for diversity and spiritual enlightenment. They believe all people have a right to express their unique joy and beauty and we use humor and irreverent wit to expose the forces of bigotry, complacency and guilt that chain the human spirit.
